Industrial Air Showers sanitize cleanroom entrances and exits. It removes dust, particulates, and bacteria from people and objects with high-velocity filtered air jets. It keeps cleanroom pressure balanced and keeps outside air out. Industrial Air Showers have a metal cabinet with two or more interlocking doors, a fan, a pre-filter, a HEPA or ULPA filter, a UV light, and fluorescent lighting. The fan pulls air from the environment and passes it through the pre-filter and HEPA or ULPA filter, which remove 99.99% or 99.9995% of particles up to 0.3 or 0.12 microns. A whirlwind of air rushes through the nozzles and vents to clean the cabinets contents. UV light sterilizes the cabinet and its contents, while the fluorescent lamp illuminates.
